Having grown up racing sailing boats from a young age it was no accident that Will ended up working in the yachting industry. After three years at an investment bank, Will joined the London office of Edmiston in 2003, moving six years later to join Y.CO where he subsequently became Head of Sales. After almost two decades in the industry, Will founded Christie Yachts in 2021. With some of the most significant new Superyacht construction and brokerage deals to his name, Will has become a trusted advisor to clients in what is an exciting but complex market.
A keen sailor and former Superyacht crew member, Felix started his career at a leading yachting media company working as a journalist for five years, travelling the world visiting shipyards and interviewing leading industry figures and yacht owners. Enjoying the industry, but looking for a new challenge, Felix then joined a large yacht brokerage company as a Sales Broker before moving to Christie Yachts in 2021. Felix’s deep market knowledge, wide-ranging industry relationships and affable nature make him a true asset to Christie Yachts and its clients.
Yachting became a passion for Toby after quitting his desk job to spend months learning to sail on the south coast of the UK. After working on board a high profile 90m sailing yacht, he relocated to London where he started his career as a yacht charter broker. Having served on board a busy yacht, Toby has experienced knowledge of all the major cruising grounds of the Mediterranean and Caribbean as well as a deep understanding of what it takes to fulfil the understandably high expectations of any guest on board a Superyacht.
Having studied at Oxford University, Caroline originally worked for a City law firm in London, before leaving to study at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris. She spent 7 years as a chef on both sailing and motor yachts, cruising extensively all the world. Moving ashore, she originally worked in yacht management, business development and new build project management. Wanting to combine her personal and technical experience, it was a perfect fit to move into Retail Yacht Charter and Charter Management. Caroline has developed a broad knowledge ensuring charter clients and yacht owners alike enjoy the best charter experience from start to finish.
Our experience and detailed market knowledge are invaluable in providing clients with sound advice. To date, our team have completed brokerage and new construction transactions valued at over EUR 1.7 billion and totalling some 3,000m (10,000’) in length from all the world’s major shipyards, with the yachts involved averaging over 50m (164’) in length, including over 500m of Feadships, 285m of Amels and 275m of Benetti yachts.
