Founded in 1983 by visionary Fabio Perini, the shipyard revolutionised yacht building with its pioneering automation and furling systems for large sailing yachts. Known for its innovative approach, the shipyard introduced this automatic sail handling system that allowed for easier and more efficient sailing, even on large yachts. In 2007, the shipyard expanded into the motor yacht sector with the Vitruvius series by Picchiotti, showcasing its versatility and commitment to excellence. Now part of The Italian Sea Group, founded by Giovanni Costantino, Perini Navi focuses almost exclusively on large sailing yachts, reinforcing its legacy of maritime innovation and craftsmanship.
