Established in 1985 by Giuseppe Balducci, Mangusta put itself on the industry’s map with the launch of the Mangusta 80, an open-style yacht that sought to redefine the balance between speed and comfort. The yard’s innovative approach and partnership with renowned designers like Stefano Righini and Igor Lobanov further solidified its reputation, particularly with the introduction of the Mangusta 165 REV, a 50-metre superyacht that is the flagship model of the Maxi Open series. A family-owned business to this day, Mangusta Yachts is managed by the second generation of the Balducci family.
