First announced in 2021 as the flagship model of Tankoa Yachts’ Sportiva series, the Tankoa T65 Sportiva is a 65-metre steel-and-aluminium displacement superyacht designed for owners looking to enjoy life out on the open seas.
With an 11-metre beam and a 2.95-metre draught, she features an exterior and interior design by Luca Dini Design & Architecture. The T65 Sportiva’s design was created around the idea of facilitating fluid movement between interior and exterior spaces, with an interior volume of 1,250 GT. Her exterior styling is defined by a sharp bow form, with stretched glazing across the superstructure and broad deck areas ideal for leisure or entertaining outdoor use. A key feature of the T65 Sportiva is the large beach club on the main deck aft that connects directly to the open waters. It features a flush swimming pool, folding terraces on each side, a spa, a sauna, and a dedicated gym, reinforcing the T65 Sportival’s focus on extended cruising with a strong leisure aspect. The space also includes a submerged hull window, which sits under the waterline, giving a partially submerged view of the surroundings. The upper doubles as an open-air cinema when anchored, and the 90 square metre sun deck includes a plunge pool, alfresco dining, and sunbathing area. The T65 Sportiva is able to accommodate up to 12 guests in six ensuite staterooms, including a sweeping owner’s suite complete with a jacuzzi and private folding balcony forward on the main deck, with a VIP stateroom and four staterooms on the lower deck. The T65 Sportiva has a top speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots.
