The Tankoa S701 superyacht from Tankoa is a multi-award-winning design that aims to offer seamless, relaxed living on the open waters.
With only one hull built to date, which made her debut at the 2018 MYS, the S701 builds on the successful platform of her smaller sister, the Tankoa S693. Measuring 72 metres in length, with a beam of 11.6 metres and a draught of 3.34 metres, she has an internal volume of 1,541 GT. Her timeless exterior design is by Francesco Paszkowski, with interiors by Francesco Paszkowski in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. Extensively upgraded and maintained, the S701 features a dedicated owner’s apartment on the fly deck, with a walk-in wardrobe that leads to the bathroom, office space, and private terrace forward, complete with a plunge pool. Aft is another lounge space with a jacuzzi and a helipad that can accommodate a helicopter weighing up to 2.2 tonnes, serving as a leisure spot when not in use. The upper deck is home to a panoramic lounge, with a fireplace, bar and a piano. The main deck of the S701 provides plenty of space to socialise, featuring a large dining area leading into the main salon and winter garden. A glass-encased 7m infinity pool is located on the main deck aft, with stairs leading to the expansive beach club, complete with a gym, a sauna, a hammam and fold-out terraces. The S701 can accommodate up to twelve guests across six ensuite staterooms, including the owner’s suite, four double ensuite staterooms, and one VIP forward on the main deck. Powered by twin CAT 3516B diesel engines, the S701 has a top speed of 17.5 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles at 12.5 knots.
