Unveiled as part of Sunreef Yachts’ next-generation explorer lineup for 2026, the Sunreef Explorer 45m is the second largest model in the Polish shipyard’s series of expedition power catamarans. Designed and engineered entirely by Sunreef’s in-house naval architects and design team, both her exterior and interior design reflect a contemporary approach to long-range cruising.
Made from advanced composite, she measures 45.00 metres in length overall, with an expansive 13.34-metre beam and a draught of approximately 2.40 metres. Her exterior profile features vertical glazing and broad deck surfaces arranged across three decks, offering an impressive 654 square metres of living space. The full-beam aft cockpit connects to a hydraulic platform, which, when deployed, forms a beach club area. The extended aft deck accommodates a 7-metre tender, launching crane, jet skis, and dedicated watersports storage. The interior layout of the Sunreef Explorer 45m is customisable, with additional options including a steam room, playroom, self-levelling pool table, or owner’s suite with fold-out balcony forward on the upper deck. A large sun lounge with spa pool and bar is located aft on the upper deck, complemented by a spacious bow terrace for open-air relaxation. The Sunreef Explorer 45m can accommodate up to 10 guests across five ensuite staterooms, with separate crew quarters for a crew of eight. Powered by twin 540 kW electric engines driving four-blade propellers, she has a top speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots.
