The Mulder Favorite 2200 is a 22.5-metre semi-custom motor yacht built in aluminium by Dutch shipyard Mulder.
Positioned as the flagship of the Favorite series, she combines the range’s recognisable classic lines with contemporary styling, generous interior volume and performance suited to long-distance owner-operated cruising. Her exterior and interior design are by Guido de Groot, while Vripack developed the naval architecture and fast-displacement, round-bilged hull.
With a beam of 6.20 metres and a draught of approximately 1.50 metres, the Favorite 2200 offers notably spacious living areas for a yacht of her size. Accommodation is arranged across three guest cabins, including a light-filled master suite with a desk, extensive storage and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest cabins are positioned aft and can be fitted with Pullman berths, allowing the yacht to accommodate up to eight guests depending on the chosen configuration. All guest cabins benefit from ceiling heights of approximately two metres, enhancing the sense of space below deck.
Outdoor living is central to the design. The yacht features a generous aft cockpit, an expansive sportbridge and a foredeck sunbathing area positioned above the master cabin. Her layout also provides extensive storage, including a compartment of approximately 20 square metres beneath the lower saloon, as well as space aft for a tender and personal watercraft. As a semi-custom model, the arrangement, finishes and styling can be adapted closely to the owner’s individual preferences.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta D13-1000 engines, the Favorite 2200 reaches a top speed of approximately 22 knots and cruises at around 17 knots. Her aluminium construction, efficient hull form and substantial fuel capacity make her well suited to extended cruising while retaining responsive performance and manageable dimensions.
