First unveiled in 2018 as the flagship of Benetti’s Class range, the Benetti Diamond 44m (previously known as the Diamond 145) strikes the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Measuring just over 44 metres in length, the award-winning Diamond 44m features an exterior design by Giorgio M. Cassetta and interiors by Achille Salvagni. Constructed from GRP with a carbon fibre superstructure and displacement hull, her build reduces the overall weight while maintaining strength and efficiency. Previously the only 44 metre superyacht on the market with an outdoor area more than 350 square metres, her outdoor living spaces remain one of the Diamond 44m’s defining features. She features multiple dedicated outdoor areas, including a spacious sundeck with dining and lounge zones, a large forward sunbathing area with integrated Jacuzzi, and a beach club at sea level with a hydraulic swim platform. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances natural light and creates strong visual connections between interior and exterior spaces. The interiors reflect Salvagni’s understated, cosmopolitan style, using soft neutral tones, curved forms, polished metal accents, and high-quality natural materials. The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and includes a private office, walk-in wardrobe, and spa-style bathroom. Able to accommodate up to ten guests across five ensuite staterooms, including four staterooms on the lower deck and the owner’s suite on the main deck, owners can opt to include a sixth stateroom on the upper deck. The Diamond 44m has crew accommodation for seven. Powered by twin MAN V12 engines, the Diamond 44m has a top speed of 15 knots and an average cruising speed of 14 knots, with a range of up to 3,800 nautical miles at economical speeds.
