Christie Yachts Celebrates Five Years!
May 2026 marks 5 years since the launch of Christie Yachts, a milestone that gives us an opportunity to reflect on what has been an extraordinary journey so far. From the very beginning, our vision was simple: to offer clients a highly personal, discreet and commercially intelligent alternative within the superyacht market. We believed there was room for a boutique brokerage house with genuine expertise, trusted relationships, offering informed advice with a relentless focus on quality over quantity.
Before we had even launched our website, Christie Yachts had completed the sale of two yachts, including the off-market transaction of the brand new 50m Heesen ERICA. The yacht was sourced privately for a buyer who had been unable to find a suitable opportunity publicly available on the market, setting the tone for what Christie Yachts would become known for.
Five years later, Christie Yachts has advised on the sale of almost 1,000 metres of yachts with a combined value approaching EUR 1 billion. Transactions have ranged from 26m to over 100m, including the notable public sale of the 95m Lürssen KISMET. Almost half of these deals have involved off-market transactions and new construction contracts.
Today, Christie Yachts has built a reputation for identifying opportunities others cannot access, particularly for clients seeking exceptional off-market yachts in an increasingly competitive market.
At the same time, our charter division continues to flourish across both retail charter and charter management. Our strategy mirrors that of our sales department: to represent only the very best yachts, maintained to the highest standards and offering the exceptional.
Recent additions to our charter management fleet include the brand new 60m Amels ALVA, the highly regarded 55m Heesen MOSKITO, and the striking new 53m Alia LIMERENCE, one of the market’s most unique and exciting yachts.
Our current sales fleet similarly reflects our commitment to quality and distinction, including award-winning and standout yachts such as the 75m KENSHO, 57m Feadship SOLACE, 43m SEAWOLF X, and the 36m Mulder SEAFLOWER, alongside discreet off-market opportunities.
Most importantly, however, this success would not have been possible without our team. Small by design, but highly focused and deeply experienced, they have been the driving force behind everything Christie Yachts has achieved over the past five years.
